Some days you're singing a happy tune, flowing through life with ease and other days things just feel hard. You long to feel steady and confident so that decisions come easily, boundary setting is a breeze, and the ups and downs of life don't spiral you into anxiety or overwhelm.
You want to stop cycling through the same thought patterns that make you feel insecure so that you feel grounded, clear headed, and connected to your authentic self more of the time. You've read the self help books, listened to countless podcasts, and worked with a therapist in the past but so far nothing has stuck that has made a lasting difference.

What We'll Cover
Goalsetting & Visioning
Getting clear on why you want to heal and how you want to show up with yourself, in your relationships, and with life will set you up for success on your journey of living from your highest and your best. In this session you will create your intention for healing, get clear on why you want to heal, and visualize what is possible for you along this journey so that you can move forward fearlessly and trust the process.
Understanding Fear & Your Patterns of Self-Protection
Do you ever wonder why you fall into the same patterns over and over? Maybe you catch yourself trying to control things, worrying, criticizing yourself, or judging others. These patterns serve an important purpose- They protect you. In this session, you will learn why you don’t do the things that you know you “should be doing” and deepen awareness of the patterns that don’t serve you so that you can move one step closer to finally letting them go.
Calming Turbulent Waters
Do you know those moments when everything starts moving really fast, your mind is racing, and you can no longer feel your feet on the ground? You may be wondering how you can best support yourself when everything feels like too much and emotions are running high. In this session we will learn specific resourcing tools that will help you regulate your emotions so that no matter what happens on the outside, you’re confident and steady on the inside.
Pausing and Listening Inward
Establishing a regular practice of pausing and checking in with yourself is key to creating lasting change. This session is all about recognizing what is going on within without judgement. In this session, you will develop a sincere listening presence so that you can quickly shift your mental/emotional state and deepen your intuitive ability to support yourself.
Befriending Yourself
When things feel hard, we need more love, not less! We are wired to focus on what’s not working, our faults, and our failures. That old way of relating to ourselves only keeps us stuck and feeling insecure. Acceptance is a term that gets thrown around a lot, but what is it (and what is it NOT)? In this session, you will practice the art of loving yourself into healing so that you can stop resisting and approach whatever arises with an open heart.
Investigating Your Inner Landscape
Your emotions and experiences are stored in your body. If your emotions and experiences go unprocessed, you continue living from the same patterns of protection and resistance that made you feel stuck in the first place. By asking the right questions and letting the body speak, you will gently and lovingly peel back the layers protection and uncover the root of the “issue” so that you are no longer stuck in habitual patterns of protection, but are liberated by them!
Freedom from Limiting Beliefs
When you are stuck in a pattern that you know doesn’t serve, what are you believing to be true about yourself, others, or life? Most of your beliefs are unconscious, so you aren’t even aware of how they are limiting you. The good news is that you can change that! In this session, you will investigate your beliefs, bring them into the light, and transform them so that they no longer have power over you. Get ready to feel lighter, and more free than ever before!
Awakening Your Inner Healer
We are addicted to seeking outside ourselves for what we need, but the truth is the qualities that you need in order to heal yourself are already inside you. In this session, you will lovingly nurture the fearful, vulnerable parts of yourself so that you can embody the most evolved, awake aspect of yourself so that you can live true to who you really are.
Finding the Freedom, Peace & Ease That You Seek
The work you have done up to this point has aligned you with your true potential. You are not defined or limited by your fears or the challenges that arise. Your connection to Spirit has allowed you to feel deeply connected to yourself, life, and others. You can confidently navigate the ups and downs of life without sacrificing your inner peace and well-being.

An Energy Activation that awakens a specific healing energy within so that you embody the work of each session.

A personalized meditation that will take you deep into your body, heart, and mind. This is where the magic happens! Each meditation will guide you to a place of understanding with yourself and how thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and beliefs live in your body. You will learn new ways of relating to your experiences so that you can break free of patterns and cycles that you know don't serve you.

Specific tools and practices that will help you gracefully move through the ups and downs of life so that you know exactly what you need and what to do when you need it most.

A library of guided meditations that you get to keep for life so that when you need a reset or refresh, you have exactly what you need to get back into balance and ease! Meditations will cover everything from basic mindfulness and presence to deep inner investigation to uncover the root of a habitual pattern.

Hi, I'm Molly
Just like you, I'm a woman on the spiritual path learning to surf the waves of life.
I spent years in the grip of fear and anxiety- putting other peoples needs before my own, worrying what others thought of me, and playing it small to protect myself from judgement. I hated my anxiety so much, yet since it has been with me most of my life it felt familiar. But suddenly the pain of living this way became bigger than the fear of change and I dove head first into the healing work that transformed my life and way of being.
Over the last decade I've experienced first hand the power of mindfulness and compassion practices and how they have rewired my brain and nervous system to feel safe and connected. I've gathered the tools that help me regulate my emotions, feel confident, and connect with myself, life, and those around me. I've studied, explored, and stretched myself to learn how to work through my own mental and emotional blocks so that I stop feeling small and limited and start living at my highest potential. I have created a relationship with myself built on kindness and care so that no matter what is happening in my life I feel a sense of support coming from deep within.
This is why I'm so excited to share this program with you so that you don't have to stay stuck anymore or spend years trying to figure out what works! You can have the tools and wisdom that took me a decade to learn in just 3 months!
I have over 10 years of experience in somatic healing and psycho-spiritual coaching. I'm a trained voice dialogue facilitator, certified massage therapist, registered yoga teacher, and have extensive training in two energy healing modalities- Integrated Energy Therapy and Reiki. I've trained with mindfulness teachers like Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield on how to powerfully integrate mindfulness and compassion practices into work with clients.
I wholeheartedly believe in this work and cannot wait to share it with you! I am honored to walk beside you on this path.
