Hi, I'm Molly
Just like you, I'm a woman on the spiritual path learning to surf the waves of life.
I spent years in the grip of fear and anxiety- putting other peoples needs before my own, worrying what others thought of me, and playing it small to protect myself from judgement. I hated my anxiety so much, yet since it has been with me most of my life it felt familiar. But suddenly the pain of living this way became bigger than the fear of change and I dove head first into the healing work that transformed my life and way of being.
Over the last decade I've experienced first hand the power of mindfulness and compassion practices and how they have rewired my brain and nervous system to feel safe and connected. I've gathered the tools that help me regulate my emotions, feel confident, and connect with myself, life, and those around me. I've studied, explored, and stretched myself to learn how to work through my own mental and emotional blocks so that I stop feeling small and limited and start living at my highest potential. I have created a relationship with myself built on kindness and care so that no matter what is happening in my life I feel a sense of support coming from deep within.

I have over 10 years of experience in somatic healing and psycho-spiritual coaching. I'm a trained voice dialogue facilitator, certified massage therapist, registered yoga teacher, and have extensive training in two energy healing modalities- Integrated Energy Therapy and Reiki. I've trained with mindfulness teachers like Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield on how to powerfully integrate mindfulness and compassion practices into work with clients.
