We will have 8 sessions together over the course of 4 months.
During our sessions we will put the tools into practice that will help you get where you want to be so that you feel balanced, and present for your life.

You’re going to get great results from the work you put into this and I’m VERY excited for you!
In the meantime, I’d like you to be familiar with the following policies & procedures so that things run really smoothly between us. Please read these very carefully so there are no misunderstandings later on and provide your signature at the bottom.

REFUND POLICY: Payments and deposits are non-refundable. You are responsible for the full fee for the entire course of the program, regardless of whether you actually attend or complete the program, and regardless of whether you have chosen a 1-lump sum or multiple payment plan. No refunds will be issued or monthly payments forgiven.
LATE FEE: A $30 late fee will be charged for payment not received, or unable to be processed, by each installment due date.
NUMBER AND FREQUENCY OF SESSIONS: Your program includes (8) 90-min. private coaching & bodywork sessions, to be used over a 4-month period.
CALL PROCEDURE: Your sessions will be held in person. Molly will send you the Zoom link up to 10 minutes before your scheduled session. Please be on time for your session, if you arrive later than the scheduled time you will lose that time.
CHANGES: If you need to reschedule a session, please give 48-hours notice. If you have an emergency, we will do our best to work around it and make up the session. If you forget a session, we will not make it up. To reschedule a session call, text, or email Molly. You can also reschedule directly in the Calendly Online Scheduler here:
Be sure to record Molly’s contact information so it is easily accessible.
OPEN COMMUNICATION: It is imperative to keep all communication lines open, clear and up front. Molly will continuously ask you to show her how to best coach you. If Molly ever says or does anything that does not feel right, please bring it up. She will make it right and do what is necessary to have you be satisfied.
EMAIL COMMUNICATION: As part of your private program package, you have direct access to Molly via email. She provides you with this service as an added value to your program. You may email her at email@example.com on any relevant topics in between sessions. Please allow a 24-48 hr. response time.
SESSION PREP FORM: Molly will ask you to submit a form a day before or the day of your session. This form will help you track your progress and improve the efficiency of your sessions. The clearer you are on your goals for the session, the more help she can offer you. It works, and the more effort you put into it, the more you will get out.
NONDISCLOSURE OF COACHING MATERIALS: Material that is given to you during the course of your program is proprietary and developed specifically for Molly Robinson Healing. You agree that such proprietary material is solely for your own personal use for the purpose of being successful in your own life. Any disclosure to a third party is strictly prohibited.
EARLY CLOSURE: If Molly feels that working together is not benefiting you, or if you are not following through with the recommendations provided, she may close the coaching relationship at any time upon five days’ written notice to you (via mail or email). Any fees that you have already paid for future coaching will be refunded based on a pro-rated basis per week of unused time. In the event that you owe any fees at the time of termination, you will pay them immediately within ten days of termination.
If you elect to terminate the coaching relationship, you should notify Molly via mail or email. If you have not paid your coaching fee in full by that point, you owe Molly Robinson Healing the rest of all fees promised within the following ten days of termination.
YOUR COMMENTS: At the end of your program, Molly will ask you to write a few comments regarding your work together, as an evaluation. It helps her to see what you liked about the process, what results you received overall and anything else you’d like to add. Molly finds this extremely valuable and makes it a consistent part of working with each client, and she thanks you in advance for this. Often, Molly asks clients if she can use these comments in the form of a client testimonial to share with others. You’ll let us know if that’s acceptable.
