We each have many 'parts' inside of us each with different voices, feelings, impulses, and patterns that show up in response to life.
Every 'part' has good intentions, even the ones whose behaviors feel critical, controlling, overwhelmed, or perfectionistic.
When we get fused with these parts, we become a smaller, more limited version of ourselves, constantly trying to avoid pain.
At the core of who we are is the SELF, a calm, compassionate, centered presence that can lead our inner world with clarity and confidence.


The goal isn’t to get rid of 'parts'; it’s to help them trust your SELF so they can work together in harmony, rather than all shouting at once like an orchestra with no conductor.

Here's what I wholeheartedly believe:
True transformation happens when we finally understand and care for our inner world.
I’ve guided thousands of sessions — from bodywork to restorative practices, energy healing, and coaching — and I’ve watched clients shift in powerful ways.
But nothing has created transformations as profound, lasting, and liberating as 'parts' work- both personally and professionally.
As both a student and facilitator of this work, it has showed me that the energies inside us that worry, overthink, strive, shut down, or criticize aren’t obstacles to get rid of...
They’re parts of us longing for understanding, safety, and compassion. When we learn how to meet them that way, something truly life-changing happens. We access who we truly are.
My passion is helping people experience that shift, not by pushing harder, but by guiding them back to the calm, wise, grounded Self within them.
